Calling all pink pilates princesses, aesthetic gym girlies, and home workout divas!!!


Thanks to all the amazing support from all my girlies who got my 2025 Fall Semester Planner this month, I really wanted to release a new planner for you guys.

It should still be available to download for free like my other templates but if you can afford it; I appreciate any amount you are willing to pay! As always with my Notion planners I put a lot of time and energy into making the final product something I'm proud of. Im super excited to share this one with you as it's really been motivating me to do my workouts every day!!

Calling all pink pilates princesses, aesthetic gym girlies, and home workout divas!!! If you've been feeling kinda "blegh" about your workout routine recently, me too girl, thats why I made this template originally just for myself but once it was finished I knew I had to make a version for you all!

This Fitness planner focuses on tracking your daily workouts, it allows you to create your own automated workouts which repeat on their own. This leaves a lot of flexibility to customize your entire weekly routine!

Integrated databases allow for an easy way to keep track of which workouts you completed on specific days in the workout tracker! Stay focused on what matters most to you by tracking your fitness goals with the handy progress bar.

Included in the template is a small selection of exercises, stretches, and some yoga poses that I use in my own daily workouts. The exercises work well for me but I encourage you to take advantage of the ability to customize this template by adding your own favorite exercises!

Pin your favorite exercises or stretches to the top of the database which also adds a heart emojiđź’—! See all your workouts easily via the table or calendar views!
